We are seeking a Behavior Specialist to join our team!

Compensation: $45,000/year

Behavior Specialists work with teams to assist people with intellectual disabilities live and work successfully within the community. We are seeking a leader with a strong commitment to provide advocacy and quality supports to people with intellectual disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field

Interest in promoting community integration, normalization, and the treatment of all persons with dignity and respect

Ability to instruct groups of individuals

Ability to work with a diverse team

Knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite

Previous work experience with adults and/or children in a social service setting, preferably working with mental health and behavioral challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with the development and implementation of Oregon's Individual Support Planning process

Knowledge of Positive Behavior Supports
