Certified Nursing Assistant- Skilled NursingThe Rogue Valley Manor, Medford?s premier retirement destination, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to be part of our 5-star skilled nursing facility. At Rogue Valley Manor, our CNAs provide person-centered individualized care to a variety of residents with a variety of needs including long term, temporary and skilled status residents. Potential applicants should be genuinely committed to enriching the lives of seniors under their care.Preferred applicant possesses strong communication skills and works well in a team environment. Applicants will be expected to maintain professional conduct as they work with a variety of residents with a variety of needs. We utilize electronic medical records (EMR) in our skilled nursing facility, the applicant expected to be able to learn the use of the system. CNAs will also be expected to be aware of individual care plans to best provide individualized care.This position requires the completion of an Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) approved CNA course. Preference will go to applicants with CNA certification complete, but new graduates of a CNA course will also be considered. Additionally, CNAs are expected to complete and become certified in CPR through an approved program in the first year of employment.
