We are looking for 2 different positions for an experienced Dental Front office and also for Dental Back office for specialty and general practice in Medford.
Front office it is desired to have previous dental front office experience and skills and would consider someone who has worked in a medical office. The duties are checking in/out patients, verify patients information, verify insurance, collect co-pays, answer phones, schedule appointments when needed, confirm and reminder calls for appointments, balance cash drawer and use credit card machines, faxing, filing and misc office. This position is Mon-Thurs 8-5 with occasional Friday and pay is DOE.
Back office we are needing someone who is or has been a dental assistant, surgery assistant, or oral surgery assistant. It is desired to have x-ray certification, EFDA, sterilization but it is not required. Would consider some training for the right person but you MUST have previous on the job dental back office experience and skills. This position is Mon-Fri 6:30am-5pm and pay is DOE
