We are in URGENT need of an EXPERIENCED, PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for medical specialty practice in Medford. This is for Monday-Thursday 6:45 am-5:15 pm and pay is $14-$17 DOE.
WE MUST HAVE PREVIOUS ON THE JOB MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. IT IS NOT A TRAINING POSITION
Duties: Patient and visitor check in/out, verify patient insurance and information, update patient information or give new patient intake, collection of co-pays, answering or directing patients, process payments, balance drawer at end of day, protect patient rights rights and maintain confidentiality, able to handle multiple tasks with constant interruptions, able to work at a fast pace, detailed, professional, excellent customer service, excellent verbal and written skills, team player, good with computer skills and data entry, and you MUST have some previous on the job experience with medical front desk reception or patient service representative.
