Overview
The Finance Supervisor provides guidance, education and supervision to finance personnel, assists with reporting, audits and contracts and other responsibilities.
Responsibilities
The Finance Supervisor supervises finance personnel, manages workload distribution, and reviews accuracy of work produced by department personnel. Knowledgeable in all areas of finance department, and provides education and guidance to personnel on the completion of tasks. Provides support to the Finance Director in the completion of internal and external reports, compliance with contracts, allocation of resources, audit preparation, and other required financial responsibilities. Provides day-to-day oversight of the operations of the Finance Department.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or business plus minimum of 3 years progressively responsible experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Active CPA license preferred, but not required.
Must pass state-required background and DMV checks, possess a valid driver's license, and have a safe driving record.
