We MUST have someone who has previous medical records experience and skills for 2 differnt large medical specialty practices with multiple providers. This position requires a lot of detail pulling charts for scheduled appointments in advance, copies, mails, or scans charts information as requested and authorized, locates missing charts as needed, sorts and files all returned charts, looking for any missing charts in other areas of office when needed, makes copies of any information needed from charts, delivers requested charts to designated locations, replaces damaged charts as needed and/or starts a second volume when chart space has been maximized. Pulls charts for telephone messages and delivers to physicians, phone medical assistants, and demonstrates and understanding of patient confidentiality to protect the patient and clinic. We are looking for someone who is professional, works well at a fast pace, can handle constant interruptions and able to multitask. This position will also at times needing coverage or rotate to phone room.
This position requires someone who is detailed, organized, good with phones, and able to lift, stoop, and bend working with charts and files all day.
One position is full time Mon-Thurs 6:45-5:15 and pay is $13.50-16 DOE Another position M-F 8-5 DOE
