Two Day shift positions at Ramsey Place, our Secure Residential Treatment Facility that is a specialized program for adults with psychiatric disabilities.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include teaching life skills, managing symptoms, accessing community resources, documenting services in the electronic health record, and assisting residents in reaching their full potential. This position also participates in facility cooking, cleaning and general maintenance duties.
Qualifications
Three (3) years of relevant training, education and experience and QMHA eligibility required. Bachelor's degree in a human services field a plus and may qualify for higher pay rate.
Mature attitude and sensitivity to the needs of people who have a mental illness; understanding of HIPAA laws regarding confidentiality of privileged information; ability to follow verbal and written instructions; ability to work independently and with staff as agency needs dictate.
Candidates must be able to use e-mail, compose documents, save and locate documents electronically, and learn to use our electronic health record system effectively.
Must pass State-required background check and DMV checks; possess a valid OR driver's license and an excellent driving record to transport clients.
