We are looking for a professional part time Medical office float for a large busy medical specialty practice in Medford. This position is 2-3 days a week and pay is DOE.
Duties:
Back up for answering multi-line busy phones, scheduling, transferring calls, taking messages, checking in/out patients if needed, medical electronic records, data entry, must have some medical office experience and skills, medical terminology, able to multi-task, good with computers, some collection with co-pays, some insurance knowledge is also desired but not required.
This is a very large and fast paced clinic that needs someone who is a quick learner, some previous on the job medical office experience and skills.
