We are needing a professional medical receptionist/referral specialist for smaller medical practice in Ashland. This position is Monday-Thursday 9-4 about 26-30 hours per week and pay is DOE.
Duties will include:
Checking in patients, collection of co-pays, patient verification, insurance authorization, answer phones, schedule appointments, pulling patient charts, data entry, sending referrals and getting referrals from other medical offices. We must have someone who has some previous medical office/referrals experience and skills, good computer skills, great customer service, able to handle multiple tasks with constant interruptions, professional on the phones and in person, and dependable.
