Part-time scheduling position / office assistant now available (Medford) $13-$15 DOE Potential of becoming a full time office position.
We are in search of someone who is caring and compassionate, energetic and positive, and who has the ability to multi-task. Our scheduler will prepare weekly schedules, solve scheduling problems and maintain contact with clients and caregivers. Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with calls from employees, current clients and potential clients.
Job duties including on-call phone taken home overnight and on weekends on a rotating basis so that you can schedule open shifts from call outs, no shows or staffing requests with appropriate caregivers, making all follow through calls necessary to produce an effective, smooth flowing schedule. Office duties are included as part of this position.
Caregiving required as needed. Preference given to applicants with care giving experience but not required.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Availability preferred
Must possess computer with internet access.
2 years scheduling experience
3 years experience in administrative capabilities
High School graduate or equivalent
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. and organizational abilities
Excellent telephone skills
Able to pass pre-employment criminal background check.
Must possess a current, valid driver's license and current insurance
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
