We are looking for a SUPERSTAR Dental Office Receptionist to join and lead our amazing team. We are a state-of-the-art growing practice with a vision to provide an exceptional dental experience to all our patients. We are looking for an individual who will grow with our practice and team!
Your job will include:
- Picking up phone call and scheduling patients.
- Checking emails and responding to them.
- Working with insurance and collecting fees.
- Explaining benefits to patients.
- Handling the days schedule to make sure the day runs smoothly.
- Calling patient to confirm their appointments.
We are looking for candidates that have the following qualities:

- You are PUNCTUAL, RELIABLE, ORGANIZED and RESPONSIBLE. There are many moving parts and responsibilities in handling receptionist duties.
