The Surgical Technician is responsible for disassembly, cleaning, decontamination, reassemble, sterile preparation, sterilization, storage and distribution of all instrument trays, sets, medical surgical supplies and equipment that are required for the care of the patients by following infection control practices and aseptic techniques.
