We are and OLCC Licensed Recreational Farm. We are looking for an Assistant General Laborer. This Job is an entry level position. The position is part time and could lead to full time.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Transplanting
Watering
Feeding
Pruning
Curing
Harvesting
Transplanting plants
Manicuring plants
Trimming
Packaging
Dead Leafing
Weighing (Must be able to Calculate and do Math)
And additional manual labor tasks as needed in different areas.
What we require of you:
This is a 21+ years of age and up position.
Valid OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit
Previous experience is required.
Have reliable transportation
Have a valid driverâs license and insurance
Be willing to take an initial drug test upon hiring and random drug tests after
Be willing to do a background check
Ability to work in cold weather in the winter months and hot weather in the summer
Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours a work day
Work well within a team
Follow directions well
Be a quick learner
Be physically capable and hardworking
Have good communication skills
