Pacific Oasis Forestry is looking for hardworking, physically fit, and good natured people to join our National and Regional Wildland Firefighting Hand crews, Engine crews and Chipper crews.
Experience on Hand Crews, Engine Crews or Chipper Crews is a plus, but No Experience is Required.
Experienced or previously trained people may need to pass the Pack Test and take the RT-130 Refresher Class.
If you only need a refresher class call and we will arrange that for you.
New firefighters will need to complete a 40 hour class. Our next Intro Class begins on Saturday June 13. Fire fighters are essential workers so we are allowed to provide this training at this time. We will maintain all social distancing guidelines and interact in a responsible way.
We have limited space for these classes.
So if you want to take the class call and reserve your spot.
We are also registering students for our upcoming Chainsaw Sawyer and Safety, Water Handling, and Chipper Operation classes.
