Talk Radio and Podcast producer for Two Squared Media Productions, LLC.
Two Squared Media Productions, LLC provides guest booking, audio editing and consultation for podcasts, nationally syndicated talk radio programs and television. This is a great learning opportunity because the successful candidate will work with one of the top talk radio producers in the country with over twenty years of experience. Work in the comfort of your home 90% of the time. Based in Phoenix OR. Experience in radio is definitely a plus but not necessary.
Responsibilities
-Edit audio materials and upload them for distribution
-Book guests for our clients’ programs. The successful candidate will communicate primarily with publicists and communications staff from the offices of politicians, writers, and people in academia, along with our show hosts. These are often very prominent people. It’s therefore essential that the candidate will represent Two Squared Media Productions, LLC professionally at all times. The successful candidate must be able to speak and write clearly and concisely.
-Enter bookings in a shared google calendar
-Create show preparations including summary of topics, guests’ brief biographies and contact details.
-Maintain confidentiality of guest and client contact information, login credentials to distribution channels and other sensitive information
-Provide general business administration assistance
-Other tasks as requested. Duties include but are not limited to the above.
-The work assigned will average forty hours per week to complete. Much of the work requires availability from 6am to 2pmPT weekdays, but other hours are possible. Exact work hours will be mutually agreed upon.

Required Qualifications
-Must be over 18 years old
-Some college education in any subject
-Demonstrated accountability, organization, and flexibility.
-Excellent communication skills.
-basic user-level competency with windows 10, file explorer including best practices with file management, gmail and google calendars, internet browser of candidate’s choice, and routine troubleshooting of computers.
Preferred Qualifications:
-BA that relates to media production -or- business administration
-One -or- more of the following:
-3 years experience with guest booking.
-1 year experience with Adobe Audition
-1 year experience as an executive producer of a podcast, radio or television program.
-One -or- more of the following:
-Experience with business administration
-Marketing and sales experience, particularly of media products(ad sales)
