About this position:

Momentum, Residential Treatment Home (RTH) for ages 17.5 to 24.

Our Skills Coaches play an integral role in our mission to help at risk and underserved youth and young adults with psychiatric needs achieve their treatment goals and prosper in their communities. As part of an interdisciplinary team, Skills Coaches provide a consistent presence, emotional support, and life skills training.

We have immediate full-time and on-call (PT) openings for compassionate, driven individuals who meet the below criteria:

QMHA (Qualified Mental Health Associate) Level: QMHA certification or eligibility (a bachelor's degree in psychology or other behavioral science field, a high school diploma and three years of mental healthcare experience, or a combination of 3 years' related work experience and education). Previous work at non-profit, out-patient, community setting and/or treatment foster care, in-home support services, trauma-informed care, family-driven and youth guided practice is preferred. Must have the ability to pass a background check and Medicaid fraud check, have a valid driver's license with 3 yrs. min. driving experience and a safe driving record.

Hours: Full-Time and On-Call (PT) shifts available

Full-Time Benefits Include: 2.4 weeks paid time-off, 1 week of paid sick-time the first year of employment, 6 paid holidays per year, health, vision, and dental insurance, 401k with up to 6% employer contribution for staff that consistently work 30 hours or more per week.

Agency is qualified for federal student aid public service loan forgiveness program, and provides an Employee Assistance Program that ensures all staff and their households have access to free face-to-face counseling for their own mental health needs.
