About the Position

The Electronic Health Record Support Specialist position will be responsible for handling and resolving incoming support cases related to all facets of Electronic Health Record, logged via phone, web, and email. This position will be located at the administrative annex in Medford, OR. The EHR Support Specialist will focus on troubleshooting by answering questions and issues. Work with the Training Department to schedule, develop, conduct and track individual and group electronic health record training for end users. Responsibility to develop and facilitate formal and informal classroom, on-the-job trainings, cross trainings, new employee orientation, and remote training. Will need to travel to various programs on occasion.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

This position requires familiarity with electronic medical records, Medicaid service documentation, and working knowledge of MS Excel is a plus. In addition, requires confidentiality, independent judgment and attention to detail. Must demonstrate knowledge, attitudes, and skills as described in ColumbiaCare’s core competencies.

Qualifications

Associates Degree in Information Technology is highly preferred

Good working knowledge with Apple products is PREFERRED

Two years of Troubleshooting and providing helpdesk support for EHR systems

Knowledge of software, hardware and internet technology

QMHA designation and/or clinical experience a plus

Demonstrate strong customer service skills

Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Pay & Benefits

$18.54-$23.69 per hour/DOE.
