Full Job Description

Full- time Experienced Accounts Receivable and Human Resource Specialist

The A/R, H/R Specialist will support Accounting and Operations. The ideal candidate should be a natural problem solver, highly organized, excellent multitasker, flexible and dependable.

Responsibilities of A/R and H/R

Manages all aspects of accounts receivable (A/R), process, post and ensure accurate posting of all payments.

Collect, review status of accounts, initiates, and manages ongoing collection activity.

Work closely with other departments and external customers to ensure payments are received timely.

Maintain accurate and organized customer files and A/R records. Properly document customer correspondence.

Assist with completion of month-end, customer statements, reconciliation, and reports.

Recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, benefits, training and development, and compliance.

Provide an overview of benefits and manage the enrollment process for all new hires. Manage termination process of benefits and COBRA.

Keeps up with state/federal employment laws. Ensure all H/R operation are following state and federal laws.

Special projects and other duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of accounts receivable and human resource experience.

Knowledge of MS Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and proficient time management.

Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to perform well in a team environment as well as work independently.
