We are looking for experienced full time professional patient service representative for Medical Specialty practice in Medford. This is Monday-Thursday 7-5-5:30 pay is DOE.
Duties: Checking in/out patients, excellent customer service with patients, verify patient information in the computer, make copies of ID and insurance, chart preparation, filing, collect co-pays, able to handle multiple tasks with constant interruptions, scan documentation, phones, scheduling, good with problem solving, must be great with patients and a team player. This is a smaller practice that is looking for someone long term and would like some medical experience and skills. Willing to train in some areas if the person has good medical skills.
We need someone who is dedicated, knows some medical terminology, good work history and is able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen, and reference checks.
