Diamond Home Improvement is looking for a dynamic commercial flooring sales representative who is or can become an expert in the commercial flooring industry. This individual must be able to develop a book of business, sustain long-term business relationships with general contractors, architects, designers, owners and end users all while managing multiple projects from start to finish.

Excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints
Prior flooring industry knowledge from sales and/or installation of two years or more
Prior construction experience a huge plus
Meet sales quotas each month, quarter and year
Promote the overall success of the company through constantly improving sales, sales techniques and relationships.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
Communicate with customers regarding flooring solutions
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, installation schedules, etc.
Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
