Pacific Rack - we're a newer, busy retail rack shop in Ashland is looking for someone to help work in our store. It's a small shop, can be faced paced, lot to do and quite fun. Main duties include:
-Helping customers (customer service) in shop, by email and on the phoneanswer questions about our products, orders, issues, etc.
-Assembling and installing racks - no experience necessary but willingness to learn and comfortable with various basic hand-tools. Think Ikea furniture
-Website siteinventory, e-com, other web updates and social media. Graphic design and other online skills a plus.
-Various tasks and duties around the shopbasically everyone does a little of everything and it's never boring. We working outside a fair amount as well (when its not smoky).
This is a great position for anyone with a retail, customer service or outdoor industry background or interests. Looking for someone who can work independently, organized and is comfortable with a wide range of shop tasks. I'm flexible with hours in general, however we're needing someone ASAP for M, T, W from 10a-5:30p.
