Job Description
For over 25 years BioSkin has designed and manufactured premium sports medicine products for
professional sports teams, orthopedic clinics, and active people all over the world. We are
seeking a fast-learning, outgoing person to work part-time in our retail store in Medford, Oregon.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively educate customers about our products and assist in
running the day-to-day store operations.
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they enter the store
Listen to the customer’s needs and assist them in finding the most appropriate product
Ensure customer satisfaction through knowledgeable and attentive interactions
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the store and
storage areas
Ensure displays are organized and appealing to customers
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Qualifications
Retail experience in an environment requiring a high level of customer service and
assistance
Desire to learn about human anatomy and common injuries, and the ways in which our
products help people
Ability to respond positively to feedback and support a culture of continuous
improvement.
Reliable and dependable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Honesty and integrity
Must be available and willing to work some Saturdays
Compensation
From $18.00 per hour
