Sports Med Product Educator
BioSkin is opening our first retail store, offering a full line of compression fitness apparel, sports medicine bracing, and a range of other products to prevent and treat injuries.
Do you have strong experience in sports medicine or biomechanics? Does helping people energize you? Are you fascinated by physiology and bioscience?
We are looking for an outgoing, service-oriented person to educate customers on our athletic apparel and sports medicine products. Success is helping customers understand how to prevent injury, how to recover after an injury, and how to keep their bodies fit and performing at a high level.
Responsibilities include the following:
Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store
Offer help and assistance to customers
Provide in-depth product knowledge
Answer customer questions and concerns
Learn about each customers purpose for visiting BioSkin
Cross-sell other beneficial products
Explain events that BioSkin is doing and invite the customers to an event
Process purchases and exchanges
Work through customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
Connect with management daily with reports and customer insights
Organize the stockroom and replenish the store stock
Merchandise the products as directed
Maintain a clean and tidy work and retail space including sweeping
Requirements:
Must be able to climb stairs while carrying boxes and lift up to 50 pounds
Previous teaching or sales experience
Bachelors Degree in sports medicine, physiology, biomechanics, or similar
