Barnett Woods, an Independent Retirement Community with an onsite In-Home Care Agency, is seeking a motivated sales director with a proven track record to be able to meet occupancy performance and revenue goals.
Seeking an upbeat and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills to increase and maintain census through a combination of positive promotion of the properties by means of community outreach, lead generation, follow-up, closing sales leads, event planning and other marketing/sales activities.
Must have demonstrated success in reaching census goals by generating inquiries and closing sales. Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience in the senior care industry.
Successful candidate must be organized, take initiative, have good computer skills and be team oriented.
