Customer Sales & Support with Online Education Leader

Job Description
The Customer Sales & Support (CSS) team is the first point of contact for our national customer base. The two primary job duties are sales of our online educational offerings and support for enrolled students. Nearly all courses are regulated by state agencies for professional licensees.
Sales
Prospective customers call, email or submit contact forms
Soft, inbound sales for course enrollment
Guide customers into their courses
Answer regulatory questions about courses
Assist students with troubleshooting web-based technology issues
Report bugs and problems through our platform
Requirements
There are no mandatory minimum education or experience requirements; however, the right candidate must be passionate, highly motivated and driven to succeed. Having a positive attitude while working under pressure is critical. Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current students is one of the ways we set ourselves apart from the competition.
All training will be completed in our Gold Hill office. Remote work will be considered after fully trained and approved by upper management.

Pay and Benefits
The Customer Sales and Support Position starts at 15.00 an hour, with commissions paid monthly on all sales made over the phone. The average weekly pay, after the first two weeks of initial training, is about $20 an hour.
