We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Customer Success Coordinator to join the Natura Health Products customer service team. Our team members take great pride in their work and in the brand to deliver an outstanding customer service experience for our highly valued clients. The Customer Success Coordinator will be a critical part of our team working collaboratively with our dynamic and dedicated marketing and sales team.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be the face of our company and the first person to engage our valued customers. You will be interacting with customers on the phone and online, entering orders, processing professional applications, and creating reports along with a variety of other tasks to support our customers and staff. Duties may include but are not limited to:

Processing new and recurring orders via phone, email, and through our website

Communicating directly with healthcare practitioners

Engaging with customers and effectively answering basic product questions

Managing customer service related tasks, such as resolving order issues, processing returns and customer applications, creating mailings, etc.

Handling incoming communications from customers and referrers in a timely, professional and friendly manner

Showing not only customer rapport but team camaraderie within our company. We pride ourselves on not just the relationships we build with our customers but with our team as well

Complying with all policies and procedures established by the company

Performing other administrative tasks and duties as required

Required Skills & Experience:

2 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferred

Reliable, optimistic, super-organized and have an outgoing friendly personality

Extremely detail oriented and able to efficiently manage multiple projects at the same time

Effective and professional verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to work independently to investigate situations and make informed decisions

Ability to prioritize and complete work amidst interruptions in a busy work area

Display a passion for what you do and a drive to improve

Bright, ambitious, motivated and willing to learn and grow professionally

Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment

Ability to comply with guidelines both internal and industry-imposed

Passion or interest in working in the natural products industry

Status: Full time, 36-40 hours per week, non-exempt position at $18 per hour
