We are seeking a Qualified Sales Professional as an Insurance Producer to join our team! Your role will be to help expand the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
We would prefer applicants to already have their insurance license, but for the right person, we will entertain those individuals that are actively working to obtain their license. You must be able to pass the Oregon Department of Insurance background checks and Farmers background checks.
The position is commission based, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses if sales goals are met. There isn't a cap on the amount of commissions you can make. Since the position is commission based, you must be self driven. You will (at times) have the flexibility to work away from the office part of the time. You must have a laptop with adequate security, for work that will be done outside the office.
