We have recently moved into our new Headquarters in Grants Pass and have a unique opportunity for a customer focused, Natural Products savvy person to fill our Hemp Sales Supervisor opening. We are looking for a candidate to provide a lot of energy to the mission and lead by example. This critical role will help continue Siskiyou Sungrowns growth and impact in the Hemp CBD industry.

Role

We are looking for a talented sales professional to serve as Key Accounts Supervisor to build, lead and grow our Hemp CBD Sales channels. This role will work only on our Hemp CBD sales channel, not our Cannabis sales channel. This role will be responsible for strategic account management and developing top-line strategies for new account growth and top line revenue growth. Forecasting, KPI analysis and performance metrics of this team is expected. This individual will contribute to the overall sales strategy and will work collaboratively with all aspects of sales “ including independent outside sales reps, inside sales, field Training and execution, promotions, in store events, and trade shows. In addition, this person will be part of the extended leadership team and will be expected to exhibit strong business cadence, presentation and leadership skills.

Qualified candidates will have proven sales experience, customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, strong listening skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Ability to make independent decisions, be a self-starter is critical. Hemp and/or Cannabis experience, sales management experience, and an associates or bachelors degree in a related field, are helpful assets, but any combination of education, skills, and experience necessary to successfully execute the requirements of the position will be considered.

The focus of this position will be strategic account management of key national accounts, including sell strategies, strategic account acquisition, creating field execution strategies and ROI analytics from our Grants Pass office. Limited and sporadic travel may be required.
