Gillmann Services Inc. is currently taking applications for a Sales Account Manager
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, enabling he/she to speak in a professional manner. Theyre able to leverage their communications skills to create interest, overcome objections and identify potential business opportunities. Qualities for Ideal Applicant
You must like talking on the phone and appreciate that a live conversation is far more valuable than an email exchange when identifying interest and connecting with a new prospect. Face to face contact with clients is a must.

Be focused and goal-oriented so that you can manage and achieve your goals and objectives.
Strong phone and email skills
Strong listening and writing skills
Adapt to sudden changes in clients needs and find solutions to overcome those obstacles.
Proficient with common business productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office).
A working knowledge of construction trades. Commercial, Industrial, Shipbuilding and Civil is a plus.
College degree or equivalent work experience.
Duties for Ideal Applicant
Take specific guidance from upper management leadership and provide feedback on the successes and failures from your efforts.
Effectively document 100% of your activities in our CRM software.
Dispatching
Handle smaller accounts and any transactional duties resulting from larger accounts.
Sending dispatch info to employees and/or clients
Complete work orders
Recruit additional field staff when necessary
Time card collection
Set up certifications/tests/etc. for field staff
Send bill rate agreements and collections
Personal Requirements
Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle
Must have an original birth certificate
Must be able to pass a background check and gain access to secured facilities.
This position is highly demanding and requires that applicants be willing to work hours beyond 9 to 5 M-F. That being said, the time you put in dictates the amount of profit you will yield as this will be a very competitive sales environment.
This position provides a base salary/commission/bonus/benefits/cell and gas allowance. This position will yield an income of 6 figures + within the first year with the right candidate and effort.
