This entry-level position will be responsible for taking care of customers in Grants Pass Toyota Sales Department where we sell and lease new and pre-owned vehicles . This could be the start of a great career in the field of automotive sales . Experience is NOT required for this role.

During all levels of growth, sales consultants get on-site training, apprenticeship with a Master Toyota Sales Consultant, Toyota led training classes as well as Toyota on-line training.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
Presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
Ensures the customer’s needs are understood.
REQUIREMENTS:
Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to input customer information.
Mathematics – calculating sales payments.
Basic computer skills.
