This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a successful sales strategy to increase the number of new customers/clients and grow the volume and margin of existing business. The position entails building strong, lasting relationships with current customers/clients or prospects that translate into business opportunities. Also requires client retention via responsive and proactive account management and educational support.

Key Responsibilities are as follows:

Prospect for new customers, as well as develop and maintain customer relationships

Develop pricing strategies necessary to achieve sales and other targets

Communicate activities with management and provide periodic reports

Implement a business plan to effectively manage assigned market segment

Proactively develop and propose solutions that bring added value to customers/clients addressing their critical business challenges

Required skill set:

Comfortable making cold calls, qualifying prospects, generating interest, building new-client pipelines

Possess the requisite sales characteristics of tenacity, drive, commercial awareness, persuasiveness, and ability to close deals at all levels

Possess excellent written and verbal skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and computer skills.

Demonstrated ability to be organized and flexible in an environment with frequently changing priorities

Ability to deliver executive level presentations to establish immediate credibility and inspire confidence with mature, energetic and articulate communication

Ability to work independently within controlled business policies

Capable of collaborating effectively with internal team members to resolve issues related to pricing, contracting, billing, and service

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and profit goals
