Licensed hair stylists are needed immediately to join the teams at our very busy Great Clips salons in Central Point, Medford and Grants Pass.
Great Clips offers you a generous hourly wage of up to $12/hr to start, based on your availability and experience. All stylists earn an additional $1/hr for all Weekend hours worked. In addition to the wage, we pay all stylists a generous Productivity Commission, calculated daily to maximize your earnings, plus other bonuses, commissions, incentives and benefits.

We have some management opportunities currently available for stylists who are interested in a career in salon management. You can earn management wages and receive full paid training in all aspects of managing a salon.
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Cosmetologist or Barber license.
- Dedication to great customer service.
- Ability to cut hair for an extended period and provide quality haircuts in a fast-paced environment.
- Listens and understands what the customer wants.
- Efficiently and effectively resolves customer issues.
- Skill to use a computer to track customer information.
- Ability to read English.
Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings is a plus, but we can be flexible with a stylist's part-time availability even weekends only.
