We're looking for a HVAC Install Manager with experience leading high performing residential field teams. The ideal candidate has experience managing a team that excels at providing 5-star service to their customers and consistently exceeding goals.
Capabilities we are looking for:
Manage and lead staff member who install HVAC systems on both residential and light commercial projects
Review, analyze and modify department processes, policy and procedures
Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure jobs are ready to go
Work directly with Coordinator to ensure the best qualified team is scheduled for the job
Provide best practices and performance to field staff. Including site visits, and coaching calls
Meet weekly with management team
Coordinate training for teams
Understand sales criteria and hold team accountable for exceeding goals
Represent company with professionalism and pride in our brand
The ideal candidate will have:
High School diploma or GED
Familiarity and experience will all aspects of residential HVAC
Good judgement and ability to make timely and sound decisions
Ability to communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
Leadership experience
Proficient computer skills with MS platforms
Knowledge of local codes and permitting requirements
EPA certification
Valid driver’s license, with clean driving record
Clear background check
Perform physical labor as necessary
Compensation: Salary + Bonus (Negotiable)
