Founded 28 years ago by owners Randy and Rita Oster. Both Randy and Rita came to R & R with extensive management and business ownership experience. This experience varies widely from management, sales, and marketing to the nuts and bolts of getting the job done. Both have served to promote the horticulture industry as board members for The Oregon Nurseryman’s Association and American Conifer Society.
We are a licensed bonded and insured Landscape Contractor and Commercial Pesticide Applicator in both Oregon and Washington with landscape offices in Boring, OR, Salem, OR, Bend OR and Grants Pass Oregon. The Nursery has various locations in Estacada, Eagle Creek, and Sandy.
R & R‘s Landscape Construction Division is experienced in all phases of Landscape Construction. With the recent completion of the landscape installation of the Pacific Crest Middle School in Bend OR to The Riverdale Grade School in Lake Oswego to The Quarry Senior Living in Vancouver we bring to the table the ability to handle any job no matter the size and the complexity. We strive to take ownership of each project we undertake asking ourselves what we would do if it was our property. How can we avert future landscape problems and save our customers time and money? Our high standards for service excellence and attention to detail ensure we are delivering to our customers the edge their landscapes need to deliver a clear message of quality and creditability.
The Landscape Maintenance Division provides a full range of service to both commercial and multifamily residential landscape customers in Washington and Oregon with a focus on senior care communities, Hospitals, municipalities, apartments and HOA’s. Our professional landscape maintenance staff brings a unique range of certified landscape experience to our customer base. All landscape staff is cross trained in our Nursery environment and certified in proper pruning and plant care techniques. All Crew members are in uniform and easily identifiable as R & R staff. We believe communication is key and each Crew leader is bi-lingual and trained to handle requests or questions.
Our horticulture experience began in the Nursery Division, as propagators and wholesale growers of over 3000 cultivars of dwarf, rare and unusual conifers. We offer finished nursery stock in both container and balled and burlap trees across the continental United States and Canada. The main office and propagation farm is in Estacada, Oregon with various satellite farms around the east Portland Metro area.

Monday – Thursday from 6:30 am to when the job is done… most of the time around 5 or 6 pm.
