All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate is team-oriented and possess strong HVAC system comprehension, with the ability to complete projects quickly and unsupervised. This role involves installing, programing, furnaces, air conditioners, mini splits and heat pumps in residential and light commercial applications. The lead HVAC Installer is responsible for ensuring that all installations meet industry code standards and customer satisfaction.

Complete work safely and quickly
Install HVAC systems according to specifications.
Install ductwork in attics and crawl spaces.
Braze and flare copper line sets.
Run electrical wiring.
Set furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and ERVs.
Install range hoods and ventilation materials.
Start up equipment.
Program controls.
Troubleshoot install issues with equipment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on installation projects.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding equipment orientation and system enhancement.
2 years Proven experience in HVAC installation and related mechanical fields.
Familiarity with HVAC installation tools and equipment.
Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is advantageous.
Ability to read and interpret schematics for HVAC installations.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in the field.
Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a van for job-related travel.
Ability to work in crawl spaces and attics as needed.
Ability to work from ladders and other elevated platforms as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30– 45 per week
