Automotive Dealership Parts Counter Experience Needed
Our Employer customer is seeking an action oriented, experienced manager, with a proven track record of success to lead two Lease Service Operations. The Leasing Service Manager is directly responsible for the efficient and profitable operations of the Service Departments, including the management of staff in alignment with the companys Vision, Mission, Values, Policies & Procedures.
Dealership Parts Counter Experience Needed
Responsibilities
Provide a high level of customer service to walk in and phone customers.
Work with a management mentality combined with full Parts Counter duties.
Partner with the Technician staff to get customers cars back to them quickly.
Ensure Technicians get the part they need on a timely basis.
Develop a positive relationship with your biggest customer, the service department.
Participate in the dealership operations open to helping in any duty needed.
Collaborate with others to maintain high morale.
Required Qualifications:
New Car Dealership Parts Experience or possible Independent Retail Parts Counter Experience.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to influence and develop relationships with internal and external partners.
Proficient with parts software and catalogs.
$18.00 per hour to Start DOE
