Great opportunity for a property management TEAM

The successful candidate couple must consist of two qualified candidates

This position includes the management AND maintenance of two properties in close proximity, with a total of 106 units between them. The manager TEAM will work 80 hours/week (40hrs each) to take care of all aspects of these well-maintained properties. The job includes (but is not limited to) receiving and depositing rent, renting vacancies including posting ads, responding to maintenance requests, handling all minor maintenance, overseeing turnovers and any vendors, enforcing policies and being available to respond to any emergencies.

To ensure you have the tools for success, our best property managers have most of the following:

- Sales and/or retail experience

- Enjoy working with people

- Basic knowledge of (and ability to learn) Fair Housing laws

- Home or apartment MAINTENANCE experience THIS IS A MUST

- Ability to push/pull 70 lbs.

- Enjoy maintaining curb appeal - picking up the grounds, watering flowers, etc.

- Some college education as well as high school diploma or equivalent

- Strong computer skills and experience using office equipment

- Great verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to climb small step ladder to change light bulbs, etc.

The property TEAM works Saturdays and Sundays, since these are busy days for the property. Instead, he/she/they choose two days off during the week for their "weekend". We provide a 3-day Training course to connect you with our expert support team along with your Asset Manager and your Accountant, giving you all the resources needed to launch into this rewarding career.

DETAILS:

- Sandpiper and Cascade View Commons Apartments in Lincoln City, Oregon– 106 apartment total

between two neighboring properties

- Hours: 80 hrs/wk - split between two adults

- Manager's Apartment: 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment

- Compensation: $1100./month rent credit total (full rent amount, un-taxed compensation) + $5500.

total cash salary split between the team.

-We offer medical and dental insurance that will start the 1st day of the month following the month of

hire

- Reimbursements for expenses: $25 cell phone; $25 gas, & $50 utilities, plus bonuses.

- Managers earn PTO from day one. Eligible to use after 90days of employment
