Clearwater Restaurant in Newport, Oregon is looking to hire Bussers/Runners immediately. Must meet standards below:
Attendance arrives to work on time and ready to work; checks in with a manager for all scheduled shifts.
Dress and appearance smiles and is friendly, is neat and well groomed.
Self-responsibility knows every aspect of the job and does it well, takes initiative and follows through on all tasks, never turns head on a standard.
Safe and clean work environment practices good personal hygiene, follows all crew safety practices (hand washing, spills and breakage, lifting, chemical safety).
Executes the Busser/Service Assistant position:
Stocks stations with supplies and ice.
Ensures Silverware is sparking clean before rolling.
Standards and Procedures:
Clears, cleans and reset tables; cleans seats and floors using proper supplies.
Breaks down trays in the dish area, following all procedures.
Checks restrooms and ensures stations are stocked throughout the shift.
Communicate table readiness.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Closing duties
Completes assigned side work.
Checks out with a manager at the end of their shift.
