Unique Opportunity for a creative, responsible chef. Looking to fill our open position for our lead chef. Will have an opportunity to create menu and specials. Established restaurant (5.5yrs) in Neskowin called THE BEACH CLUB BISTRO. We are known for our fresh seafood and seasonal specials, as well as, wine pairing dinners. Looking for someone who can demonstrate organizational skills and leadership ability. The chef is responsible for inventory and ordering, leading the crew, giving directives and making a good use of time. Easy start up as the spring goes and then very demanding in the summer. Looking for experience and catering experience is a plus. We are in Neskowin but we are NOT the hawk creek restaurant.
