Job Description
We are looking for a cleaning guest service person with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the RV Park by handling guest check in, providing polite and professional assistance, cleaning, handling incoming reservations, and generally being a helpful and positive presence at the RV Park.
To be successful as a customer/guest service person, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. You should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. A customer/guest service person must be comfortable with multi-tasking. Most importantly, you should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.About Us
Paradise Cove RV Resort & Marina is a family friendly overnight RV park under the same ownership since 1985. The RV resort park features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and indoor hot tub, three clubhouses, HD satellite TV, free Wi-Fi in the clubhouse, indoor recreation room with basketball and billiards, boat launch, docks, marina.Responsibilities and Duties
This is a full time position
Must be flexible with schedule, including working evenings and weekends
Compensation: $12.00/hourQualifications
Experience with customer service, RV parks (or RV's in general), cleaning/housekeeping, and/or maintenance a plus.
Positive, upbeat attitude.
