Clearwater Restaurant Line Cook Needed.
Responsibilities:
Set up, produce, and control quality of all food items
Maintain control charts of all food items produced, as well as opening and closing checklists and production of daily menu items.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment.
Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Other duties include being able to read, follow menus and recipes, compute basic mathematical calculations.
Qualifications:
2 or more years of fine dining experience
Diploma certification in a culinary discipline a plus but not required
Must be able to work long hours including weekends and holidays
Passion for culinary
Spanish Speaking a plus but not required
