POSITION: Experienced Housekeeper with high level attention to detail and strong work ethic. Working for boutique management company cleaning luxury oceanfront properties in Lincoln City to Depoe Bay (1 to 3 bedrooms). Rentals are very established and busy year round.
DUTIES:
Clean properties as efficiently as possible while still maintaining the high standards of cleanliness expected, do laundry, and check inventories after guest departures
Fill out unit condition report as needed and give feedback to the Management Office – emailed. Including feedback on any maintenance that needs done or things that will or do need attention (ie carpet spots, blinds broken, anything that’s not working, etc). Take and email digital photos of damage as necessary.
Make sure all laundry gets done
Be familiar with the various properties and owner provided amenities
Inspect all properties before guest arrival and do what is necessary to make the property ready and looking great for guests.
Check on and replace batteries in smoke detectors and remotes, light bulbs, or any other little things that you see when cleaning.

Ability to text and use email and the Internet are important. Schedules are sent via email. Ability to take digital photos and email is also critical.
Personal:
Ideal candidate is self-motivated, hard working with desire to work, dependable, able to work without constant supervision, and customer-service-oriented. Candidate should be able to take constructive criticism, be organized, thorough, and have good eye/attention to detail.
General Background:
3+ years cleaning experience needed. Ability to do minor maintenance tasks (ie changing light bulbs, moving furniture, re-lighting pilot lights) and basic guest assistance is also required.

SCHEDULE:
Job is part time based upon rental schedule; typical hours are from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and candidate must be available 7 days a week and some holidays. Opportunity for advancement on the team to move to lead cleaner.
COMPENSATION:
Independent contractor $16-19/hr
