ORGANIZATION and POSITIONS OVERVIEW:
Fort George Brewery remains open for dine-in, and we are looking for an additional team member to take up the mantle of Dishwasher / Cleaner Sanitizer. This is arguably the most important position on the block in a time where consistent cleanliness and safety are our permission slip to operating a restaurant for our community. This hardworking position keeps our pub cleaned and sanitized, our servers and cooks stocked with the clean dishes and glassware they need, and without them we could never succeed in our mission of creating an excellent [and safe] beer experience.
This position provides opportunity for professional development and the potential for career advancement in our pubs and restaurant operations via training and direct, hands-on experience.

QUALIFIED APPLICANTS MUST:
Be 16 years of age or older; previous high volume restaurant experience given preference
Be able to obtain a valid Food Handler's card within 30 days of hire
Have full-time availability
Be able to read labels on chemicals, tickets, and products
Must be able to communicate with coworkers
