The Inn at Otter Crest, located on the central Oregon coast is looking to hire a hire a fun, personable, energetic Front Desk Agent. The ideal candidate is someone that is customer service oriented, willing to learn, has great attention to detail and is comfortable working independently in a relaxed environment. We are a fun team with a great property that is easy to fall in love with, and that makes it easy to sell to our guests. Starting rate of pay is $16.50 an hour DOE.
Responsibilities:
Perform check-in and check-out tasks
Process credit card and cash payments
Manage online and phone reservations
Assist guests with their requests and handle them in a professional and timely manner
