KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES – what this position is uniquely responsible for, versus all other positions.

Lead the daily operations in the field to optimize productivity and quality.

Provide coordination between Open Nest maintenance, housekeeping, front desk, and property manager to maximize teamwork in the process of preparing homes for guests and owners.

Provide training and coaching for housekeepers, techs, and inspectors.

Respond to requests, quickly resolve corrective items.

Timely and thorough completion of work orders and cleans with accurate recording of expenses.

Engage with our guests, owners and our team to deliver extraordinary coastal experiences.

Utilize all tools and systems properly and effectively.

EXPERIENCE

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of resort and/or hotel housekeeping experience with at least two years of supervisory experience and be well versed on best practices for safety in the workplace, efficiency in cleaning and leading a diverse team. Applicants with previous experience working in vacation rental operations is highly preferred. Valid driver license required.
