Overseeing and executing a three and a half-meal a week Food Program at Restoration House, Inc. (RH), an all-male halfway house located in Seaside, Oregon. Experienced cooks need only apply with proven abilities in procurement, monthly menu creation, and overall kitchen management. Introducing, encouraging, and training food/kitchen skills to willing RH residents is an expectation of the position. Some knowledge of local food banks is expected. Strong kitchen organizational skills are a must, and mature, tolerant, local individuals are preferred.
