Oregon Beach Vacations is looking for reliable and dependable Part-time housekeepers, 3-5 days a week, for our vacation rental homes. Are you available to work approx 3-6 hours a day, weekends are a must.
Housekeeping entails general cleaning, reporting any maintenance issues and restocking supplies of vacation rentals after guest and owner departures. This position offers flexible hours/days and allows you to work largely independent. No experience is needed as we will train any successful applicants.
Pay & Benefits:
The average hourly wage is $18.00. Benefits for this position include:
- Vacation Time & Sick Time is available after 90 days and vacation time after a year of employment.
- Staff Freebies. We provide our staff with free drinks, and snacks during high season, branded staff t-shirts and hoodies, and semi-annual sponsored events.
- Employee Stock Ownership. Any employee who works more than 1,000 hours in a year for us accrues equity in our company at no cost to the employee. You can share in the profits you are helping to create!
