Hi cleaners! Please read this whole ad before replying
I am looking to hire a few house cleaners and start training ASAP. There are a few KEY details that you must have in order for consideration.
Must pass background check
Must have your own vehicle.
Attention to detail- If you're not a person that checks behind toilets, underneath beds and hair in the shower; EVERY SINGLE TIME, then this job is not for you. The majority of my clients have upscale homes and they need to be serviced as such. Upon each clean, sending me a photo with the condition of the clean is required.
Communication- This is so important, especially with the busy season here. There may be times when I need you the next day with little notice. Even if you're not available, that is not a problem. Ignoring phone calls/texts IS a problem. I need someone that is open and honest, regardless of the circumstance.
Trainable- I need someone who listens well and is able to be trained. I am not looking for know-it-alls, someone who cuts corners and/or doesn't apply what was taught during the training period.
This is a very easy going job and I am flexible with people's schedules. I would prefer someone who is available between 10am-5pm. If you're only looking for on-call work, we can discuss that as well.
