Responsibilities:
- Be organized, efficient, and customer service-oriented fulfilling the role of restaurant assistant manager to lead our team and handle the day to day operations of our restaurant.
- Coordinate and work with Restaurant Manager.
- Supervise and develop restaurant staff including hosts, servers, cooks, bartenders, and dishwashers.
- Handle paperwork and other administrative duties.
- Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary.
- Ensure that the restaurant complies with all necessary hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements and guidelines.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints using determined, survey or questionnaire collate data and present on a monthly basis.
- Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant employees outside vendors and customers.
Pay Rate: $12.50/hour with bonuses based on performance and sales.
