Weekend Floor Manager
We are seeking a positive, energetic and enthusiastic leader that can effectively run store operations as well as successfully manage people. The position is for a weekend manager Saturday and Sunday. Includes ensuring employee compliance with job duties as assigned at each department of the store (wine tasting, cheese tasting, deli, shipping, and front cashier). Opening the store as well as handling all store day to day operations such as customer related issues, structural/building issues, catering/deli requests, freight delivery and product issues. Run POS system correctly and handle any issues for customers and employees. Report to the owner and manager issues and resolutions as needed.
Must Haves
Must be self motivated with the ability to multitask & strong attention to detail.
A willingness to review store environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement.
Social media savvy
Maintain location cleanliness and understand and follow health department regulations.
Provide coaching and direction to the store team to achieve operational goals.
Strong customer empathy with the ability to turn negativity into great customer experiences.
Able to multitask and work in fast paced organized manner.
Possibility to work more hours weekly
Compensation DOE.
